Saheed Temidire Na'eem is the first of a set of twins born with multiple congenital heart disease (multiple holes in the heart). This was not discovered until he was 9 months old when his growth was stunted and his development significantly different from his twin brother.

Temidire who would have had a single surgery to combat his condition had it been done earlier but was delayed due to financial constraints, would now have to go through repeated surgeries, three of them, to help him live a normal life like others.

Temidire is now one year and five months old, and yet to undergo any of the procedures despite their urgencies because the funds needed is not available. 

The estimated bill for his treatment is fifteen million naira (N15,000,000), and the  parents are not financially capable of covering this.
